Future Staff
G.O. Ministries’ staff is dedicated to developing partnerships in ministry from our office in the United States and from the field in the Dominican Republic. Because we desire to practice good stewardship, most of our staff raise their own support. These future staff members are actively raising their support so they can begin with G.O. Ministries on a full-time basis.

Joe Blair / Coordinator of Logistics and Warehousing
Joe Blair has lived in Louisville his entire life and worked 25 years in transportation and logistics leadership. In the summer of 2010, a calling to the mission field led to an August meeting with Brook Brotzman, G.O. Ministries founder. After this meeting, a plan unfolded for Joe and his family to partner with G.O. and to serve God’s kids in a way Joe never before imagined.
Joe will help facilitate state side logistical support for G.O. During the summer months, Joe and his family will live in the D.R. and serve there and in Haiti. In the Dominican, Joe will help lead and facilitate short term teams.
Joe, his wife Kim, and daughters Maddie (10) and Meredith (5) are very excited about this incredible opportunity to serve alongside G.O. and spend the summers in the Dominican Republic. Joe and Kim will also serve G.O. Ministries at missionary conferences and as representatives at various churches.

Kim Blair / Coordinator of G.O. Kids! & Ministry Events
Kim Blair is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and has worked in Office Management, Bookkeeping and Marketing for 20 years. She is currently homeschooling their five and ten-year-old girls, Maddie and Meredith.
Kim and Joe have been exploring full-time missions since 2010. They met with G.O. Ministries President, Brook Brotzman in August of that year. It was then, and during a trip to the Dominican Republic in 2011, that it became clear that God was leading Kim to serve through G.O. Ministries. Kim and her family will be spending summers in the Dominican Republic and Haiti, assisting with short-term teams. The remainder of the year they will be in Louisville, where Kim will provide stateside support for the G.O. Kids! Sponsorship program.

Kyle Bradley / Director of Ministry Development
Kyle Bradley grew up with a strong missionary heritage on both sides of his family. He first felt called to missions, specifically to the Dominican Republic while on a short-term trip to the DR after graduating high school. In 2009 , Kyle graduated from Wheaton College (IL) with a degree in Business Economics and a minor in Bible and Theology. After playing both Football and Baseball in college, he began a two-year commitment in Constanza, DR as a short-term team coordinator. His primary role was transporting, translating, and planning the activities and details for 12-15 short-term teams each year. Discipleship has always been a passion for Kyle, leading multiple bible studies as well as investing heavily in the lives of underclassmen on the team. His hard work was rewarded when his teammates voted him as captain of the football team in his senior year.
Kyle is excited to blend his experience, passion and gifts to join G.O. with their Sports Ministry Outreach. He will be assisting with short-term teams, discipleship of coaches and players within the ministry, and helping to establish G.O.’s Leadership Development Complex. He is very excited about investing in Dominicans and Haitians that show potential to be impact Christians and leaders in the DR.

Emily Estes / Field Nurse & Team Facilitator
God called Emily to be a nurse when she was in high school. She knew He had a bigger purpose for her, but she didn't know what that was yet. She met her husband Matt who introduced her to overseas missions. The summer after they married she took her first short term trip to the Dominican, and later she spent two summers working with G.O. in the DR. During those trips God revealed to her that He wanted her in the DR and Haiti working with the sick and malnourished and showing them the love of Christ. Emily graduated from Millikin University (RN, BSN) in 2009, and has been working at St. Joseph Medical Center in Bloomington, IL as a nurse for two years to gain experience in treating patients and working with their families. She will be working in the medical clinic in Santiago and facilitating short-term mission teams.
Emily and Matt were married in 2005 and are expecting their first child in May of 2012.

Matt Estes / Coordinator of Facilities & Team Facilitator
Matt took his first trip to the Dominican with his high school youth group in 2001 and saw the amazing things God was doing through Dominican and Haitian pastors and churches. They were married two years later. Since then, they have spent two summers in the DR and Matt has spent at least 2-4 weeks working with teams every summer.
