Bio:
When you meet Isabel Alba, you are most likely not feeling your best. As a nurse and pharmacist in the G.O. Ministries medical clinic since 2001, she meets those in physical need. But people do not leave the medical clinical without being encouraged both in their physical health as well as their spiritual health. For almost a decade, she has worked quietly assisting people until it is time to share the love of Christ in word as well deed. Then, Isabel will recite scripture, chapter and verse, until her point is made.
A widow with three children, Isabel has adopted her granddaughter Isabellina. Isabel’s influence on her granddaughter is evident by Isabellina’s decision to attend medical school when she graduates from high school. Isabel also reaches out to the community of Hoya del Ciamito through youth and adult Bible studies. It is her hope that people will turn away from drugs and alcohol and turn to knowing and serving Jesus Christ.
